How to Apply
Complete the Application Form
Complete the Application Form Ensure all fields are filled in accurately. Enter the student’s details under the “Student” section and the guardian’s details under the “Guarantor” section.
Student Uploads Documents
The student will receive an email with login details for their dashboard, where they must upload the required documents.
Pay the Application Fee
A payment link for the R2,450 application fee will be sent via email. Payment is made securely through PayFast.*

Guarantor Email Verification
The guarantor will receive a separate email with a link to verify their email address.
Application Complete
Once all steps are successfully completed, the application will be marked as complete and ready for review.
Please note:
All 1-bedroom units for 2026 are fully occupied. Applications will be placed on a waiting list with no guarantee of placement. We encourage you to apply for our lovely 2, 3 & 4-bedroom units, which still have availability.
